Awards

Finalists:

  • The best four (4) teams from each Priority will be selected to participate in the Finals of the Eco Challenge 2023 and TIC Americas.

  • If the Finals are held on-site, each Finalist team will receive a scholarship for one of its members to participate in the event, which will take place within the framework of the 53rd OAS General Assembly. 

  • Finalists will have access to specialized training opportunities, mentorships, and networking with YABT’s partners, which include private sector and government representatives, international media, entrepreneurship centers, and a wide network of entrepreneurs in the Western Hemisphere.

 

Winners:

  • The best team of each Prority will be awarded and will receive a US$ 10,000.00 seed capital award to support the implementation of their project. 

Organizers have the discretion to announce more awards or special recognition at the TIC Americas Finals.

*Note: For Argentinean residents, any deduction, charge or mandatory deposit required by the Federal Public Revenue and / or the Central Bank of Argentina regarding the prize will be in charge of the respective winners. Participants also expressly recognize that there are restrictions that apply to the income of foreign currency in Argentina, assume all related costs and commit themselves to submit to any public or private body that requires any documentation for such purposes.
