Judges will evaluate Competition Materials based on scoring elements (\u201cScoring Elements\u201d) that identify critical components of a successful business model. Each Scoring Element has individual criteria\u00a0 (\u201cScoring Criteria\u201d). Judges will assign points to each Scoring Criteria according to the following scale:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

= Does not meet the criteria at all or attempt to \u2013 Unacceptable.<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr>

1<\/span><\/p><\/td>

= Meets some criteria but unacceptable – Very poor.<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr>

= Meets the criteria minimally \u2013 Poor.<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr>

3<\/span><\/p><\/td>

= Meets the criteria but does not exceed it \u2013 Adequate.<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr>

= Meets criteria and substantially exceeds it \u2013 Good.<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr>

  • The business plan presents a creative, realistic, measurable solution or novelty in which it centers its concept proposal.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • The business plan clearly explains how the solution (or adaptation of an existing solution) is different and improves current results or conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n
