Multinational Teams may compete. Multinational teams shall register under the country of nationality or country of permanent residence of the CEO.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Operate or plan to operate a business in an <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oas.org\/en\/member_states\/default.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OAS Member State<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and be capable of formally registering the business in that country.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each team may register up to two (2) Volunteer Mentors responsible for guiding the team through their expertise (optional).
