What is TIC Americas?
The Talent and Innovation Competitions of the Americas (TIC Americas) is a hemispheric program developed by the Young Americas Business Trust (YABT), with the support of the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (OAS), and in cooperation with national, regional, and hemispheric public / private organizations. TIC Americas is the most important support platform for young entrepreneurs in the Americas that accelerates innovative, scalable business proposals addressing the challenges, needs and priorities of the region.
What is the Bio Plastics Challenge?
The Bio Plastics Challenge is a special category of TIC Americas that invites young scientists, entrepreneurs, and innovators across the Americas to present solutions that drive the development, commercialization, and adoption of bioplastics.
Organized by the Young Americas Business Trust (YABT) in cooperation with the Executive Secretariat for Integral Development (SEDI) of the Organization of American States (OAS), the Bio Plastics Challenge is part of the Entrepreneurship for Action component toward the VII Young Americas Forum at the 10th Summit of the Americas
