capone . am sure this water park would build near a river or a stream because there's alot at rivers and pond in kingston. the cost of water problem in the parish is lock of water infrastructure by NWC so water wont be a problem. the electrical cost would am sure fall in the over head cost, and be honest why would a water park take alot of electricity .. i believe its a great idea for the country to provide employment which we really need. its a good idea and am sure being in this competition he should have a well rounded business plan .. ones dont just get up and think about a water park with out a well equipped business plan .. keep going Jevoyan we are her to support you

not impressed, show me your water source when Kingston and St Andrew have water lock off almost every day, Electrical costs for massive generators, Not being a downer but u would need to she me the money and the plans for infrastructure.
