Q: Who is eligible to register for TIC Americas?
A: You must be between 18 and 34 years by 5:00 PM on January 15, 2015 and: (a) at least of one the team members must be a citizen/resident of one of the OAS Member States OR (b) the project is being implemented in any OAS Member State.

Q: I already registered but I have not received any confirmation email from TIC Americas, what should I do?
A: If you have already checked your mailbox and you cannot find a confirmation email from us, please refer to your SPAM folder.
Q: Where do I upload the documents?
A: All the deliverables must be submitted through the competition platform, we will only use the official competition channels: www.ticamericas.net. We will not accept documents via email or Facebook.
Q: Do I still keep the author’s rights after completing and submitting my application?
A: All participating teams will own and keep the author's Rights of their Business/Project Plans presented during TIC Americas.
Q: How to replace a file if I already uploaded one and want to upload a newer version?
A: When you enter into you profile and click on edit data, you can browse a document into the section that you wish and this will automatically replace the older document in the section.
Q: What is the BOOT Camp and how can I use it?
A: BOOT Camp is a one-stop ressource center for young entrepreneurs to access business development content, tips, tools, online training and other relevant material for the development of youth-led projects, start-ups and businesses. To access the BOOT Camp, click here.
Q: What is the award to participate in TIC Americas?
A: Each category has a cash prize and TIC Americas will give a total of more than US$ 50,0000 in prizes. Furthermore, the organizers have the options to announce more awards during the competition.
Q: What happens if my team is selected as a finalist for TIC Americas?
A: YABT agrees to sponsor the flight ticket, accommodation and meals for one representative of each of the Finalist Teams from Latin America and the Caribbean to the city where TIC Americas Finals are taking place.
